Das Dorf Bushmill ist die Heimat der ältesten lizenzierten Whiskey-Brennerei der Welt. Über 400 Jahre wird die Erfahrung von Generation zu Generation weitergeben.
Dieser einzigartige Single Malt wurde 2010 destilliert und zuerst in Oloroso Sherry und Bourbon gereift, bevor er im Cuvée-Fässer endete und Zitrusaromen, Vanillesüße und einen weichen Abgang mit subtilen Einflüssen französischer Eiche lieferte.
Beschreibung
Gefunden an der zerklüfteten Küste von County Antrim´s. Das Dorf Bushmill ist die Heimat der ältesten lizenzierten Whiskey-Brennerei der Welt. Offizielle Aufzeichnungen erstrecken sich bis 1608, als dem Gebiet seine Lizenz zum Destillieren erteilt wurde. Über 400 Jahre später wird Whiskey immer noch in Bushmill hergestellt. Dank der Erfahrung und des Handwerks, das von Generation zu Generation weitergegeben wurde.
Jeder Tropfen Buschmühlen Whisky hat eine natürliche Affinität zu seiner Umgebung: Die Erde, die Luft und die Küste. Nur einen Steinwurf von der Brennerei entfernt, ist der Damm des Riesen seit Jahrhunderten eine Quelle der Inspiration für unsere Brennmeister. Seine außergewöhnlichen sechseckigen Säulen, die jeweils einzigartig, aber perfekt zusammengeschlossen sind, bilden eine Reihe von Schritten, ähnlich wie die Ausdrücke in dieser Sammlung. Die Causeway-Kollektion feiert diese extrem seltenen und einzigartigen Fassoberflächen.
